– To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit is mandatory, with the remaining balance payable before the safari commences.
– Payment methods accepted include bank transfers, credit cards, or other mutually agreed-upon options.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:
– Cancellations made by clients are subject to a cancellation fee, determined by the proximity to the safari start date.
– Refund policies are in place, varying depending on the circumstances surrounding the cancellation.

3. Changes and Amendments:
– Clients may request modifications to their booking, subject to availability and approval by Vijito Tours & Travels.
– Any changes requested post-confirmation may incur additional charges.

4. Travel Insurance:
– Clients must possess valid travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, and related risks.
– Vijito Tours & Travels holds no liability for expenses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances like illness, injury, or travel disruptions.

5. Health and Safety:
– Clients are obliged to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements that could impact their participation in the safari.
– Vijito Tours & Travels reserves the right to decline service to clients deemed unfit for safari participation due to health or safety concerns.

6. Responsibility and Liability:
– Except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct, Vijito Tours & Travels bears no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury sustained during the safari.
– Clients are accountable for their personal belongings and are advised to take necessary precautions to safeguard their possessions.

7. Force Majeure:
– Vijito Tours & Travels is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or acts of terrorism.
– Efforts will be made to accommodate clients and mitigate travel plan disruptions during such circumstances.

8. Dispute Resolution:
– Disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms and conditions will be resolved through negotiation and mediation in good faith.
– Should an amicable resolution be unattainable, disputes may be referred to arbitration or legal proceedings, as per Tanzanian laws.

9. Governing Law:
– These terms and conditions are governed by Tanzanian law, with jurisdiction falling under the Tanzanian courts.
